The official Portland launch of RYZ Wear
Founded by a group of ex-industry sneaker geeks who believed in a
better way, RYZ isn’t just another fashion brand. It’s a new way of
thinking about the fashion business that includes getting input --
and ultimately forming a partnership -- with their customers.
Unlike the fashionista elite who dictate style from on high, RYZ
invites anyone to design the perfect pair of shoes. They’ll produce
the most popular designs, sell them around the world, and share the
profits with the designer. Everybody wins.

That I was a sneakerhead? Today I spent most of my time in the sewing lab with Tim trying to pattern up and sew mock-ups of my final project for this term. I will be really excited to see the outcome of things. Afterwards went back to homies pad. First thing on TV was the beginning of a new Family Guy episode. Finished watching it and decided to go check out the neighborhood skate store. Lo and behold the Glen Quagmire inspired Nike SB Dunks. Was nerding out when I bought it out of novelty and that they would sit in their box unworn with me going Giggity, Giggity....

The peoples have submitted a ton of Nike iD concoctions at the 21 Mercer store in New York and at the Montalban in Los Angeles in what will become a East Coast vs. West Coast battle of the kicks. Starting tomorrow, 32 Nike iD sneakers designed by 16 V.I.P.’s and 16 lucky sneakerheads who’s designs were selected will begin to face-off in a bracket-style tournament.
Designs will battle it out over the next five weeks, with the championship showdown going down on April 11th. You can begin checking the progress of the Nike iD Royale competition starting tomorrow with the announcement of the 32 finalists.

Inspired by Family Guy’s deranged but lovable deviant, Glen Quagmire. Like his go-to shirt, the mid and heel sections of the upper feature a red base with embroidered gold stars. The remainder of the upper is blue like Quagmire’s favorite blue pants with additional touches provided by a classic white midsole and gum outsole. When you see me with these on the females betta watch out, Giggity giggity
I designed this computer mouse in Solidworks. Solidworks is basically 3D CAD. I didn't go too crazy on the design but am glad on how it turned out. I am using the internal parts of a mouse that I found at GOODWILL and built around that. It will be fully functional. The model right now is being printed on a 3D printer called The Dimension SST 768. It orients the part, slices the file, generates support structures (if necessary), and creates a precise deposition path to build your ABS model.

This is the full length video. I love this ad campaign and I love house parties! Some of you had the chance to experience the Kelly St. house parties. Those were fond memories but if only I could've taken it to the extreme... Adidas Originals
